Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with the security seal intact to be eligible for a full refund.

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity certificates are included.

  Schedule a secure courier collection through our portal or use the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
